Please note all of our cookies are baked to order, so it takes 3-5 days for the order to ship. Also note, that to ensure freshness, our cookies are shipped USPS Priority (2-3 days travel time) or FedEx Ground (1-6 days travel, time of delivery depends on location). If you need next day or international shipping please contact us to discuss options and pricing.

We mark the boxes with fragile stickers as an alert to the shippers, but we can't guarantee what happens to them once they're out of our hands (our packaging does protect them very well). 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. We will replace the order in the event the product arrives severely damaged. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
