We have baked up a melt-in-your-mouth snowball cookie of grounded Jordan Almonds dusted with our handmade Nielsen-Massey Madagascar-Bourbon whole vanilla bean sugar. You can even see the vanilla bean specs on each cookie. No wonder everyone loves them. In addition, these treats work great with any coffee, tea, and after dinner liqueurs and even cheese & fruit platters.  

We use high ratio of almond flour to make these, so they are considered our "low carb" cookie.
